What we collect

Email address — when you request a scan report or buy the product. Used to deliver what you asked for and, if you consented, product updates.
Store URL and scan results — when you use the free visibility scan. We only read publicly available pages of the URL you submit.
Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We receive your email and payment status.
Usage analytics — page views and interactions, collected via PostHog (hosted in the EU).
Advertising data — the Meta Pixel measures whether our ads work (page views, checkout starts, purchases).

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), PostHog EU (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Contract performance (delivering your purchase), legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link).

Retention

Customer records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Scan-only leads are deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@agentreadykit.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; ours is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
